Pianist Qiaochu Li
Chinese pianist Qiaochu Li is known for her sensitive and delicate artistry, and has been praised for her “invigorating energy“ (Resmusica) and “precision and warmth“ (Olyrix). Working as both as a soloist and collaborative pianist, she has performed in venues throughout Europe, Asia and North America, including Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, Radio France, La Seine Musicale, the Forbidden City, and San Diego Music Hall. Her collaborative work with singers is award winning, and she has worked with leading artists such as Pene Pati, Golda Schulz, and Anna Prohaska. Her work with soprano Ambroisine Bré lead her to win first prize at the Nadia et Lili Boulanger Competition dedicated to recognising excellence in vocal and piano collaboration. Based in Paris, she also has a strong affinity for French art song, such as Debussy and Duparc, and is at home playing new works, making her an in demand recital partner.

À la fois soliste et chambriste, elle s’est produite dans de nombreuses salles prestigieuses en Europe, en Asie et en Amérique du Nord, notamment au Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, à Radio France, à la Seine Musicale, à la Cité interdite de Pékin, ou encore au San Diego Music Hall.
Son travail en collaboration avec les chanteurs, plusieurs fois primé, l’a amenée à jouer avec des artistes de renom tels que Pene Pati, Golda Schulz et Anna Prohaska. Son duo avec la soprano Ambroisine Bré lui a permis de remporter le Grand Prix du Concours Nadia et Lili Boulanger, dédié à l’excellence dans le répertoire voix et piano.
